Our Research
There has been a noticeable lack of research on the experiences of Black engineers in Canada. We are dedicated to examining their work experiences to identify the challenges and triumphs they face in various engineering sectors. By shedding light on these experiences, we aim to foster a more inclusive and equitable engineering industry.
